My Mission Some days your aspirations take flight. The work flows, a rhythm surfaces. Everything seems within your reach. Other days, not so much. You feel like you’re sucking air, getting nowhere fast. The work slows, tensions surface. On those days, I can help. I offer a fresh idea, suggest a sensible process, underline the real issues. I grease the wheels. I unstick the stuck. My Values Character I believe that people are basically good and deserving of trust; that people are innately industrious and want to derive satisfaction from their work. Change I believe that people support what they help create; that people resist change only when they perceive the change as in some way harmful or deceptive. Creativity I believe that people derive energy from inspiration and innovation; that the capacity to create belongs to workers and artists alike. Collaboration I believe that people want to be included and to feel empowered; that authentic collaboration is more productive over time than competition. Communication I believe that people desire to know and be known; that effective communication requires openness and acceptance and for that reason often entails risk. Competence I believe that people value learning and success; that true competence can be observed, but that the whole is often greater than the sum of its parts. |
